One-off production & prototyping
From idea to hands-on model in under 48 hours. Ideal for validation, pitches and form studies.
Five printing technologies, over 100 materials, finishing and inspection in-house. You upload your 3D file, see the price and release production – from one-off parts to series production.
Efficient, sustainable and ready for real size. We produce large parts directly from plastic pellets – fast, material-efficient and without the limitations of conventional manufacturing.
Using a range of additive manufacturing technologies, we produce your parts to match your technical and commercial requirements.
We combine 3D printing with conventional manufacturing steps to create a ready-to-install part.
From idea to hands-on model in under 48 hours. Ideal for validation, pitches and form studies.
Precise cutting of acrylic, wood, composite material and more – ideal for hybrid parts combining 3D printing and sheet material.
High-resolution direct UV printing on finished parts – for branding, labeling or full-surface designs.
Dyeing, bead blasting, adding threads, SLA finishing – so the part is ready to install.
An existing part is measured without contact – as a polygon mesh for direct printing or as a CAD model.
We analyze the geometry, suggest the right printing technology, and you receive a specific quote within one business day.
Our machine fleet
Up to 2,400 × 1,600 × 2,000 mm in one piece – made possible by our large-format FGF printing. We use it to produce large prototypes, production equipment and trade show models that would otherwise require complex tooling or CNC machining.
Depending on technology and build volume, our lead times are between 3 days and 2 weeks. Express by direct arrangement: we produce urgent parts in some cases on the same day – for this, please contact us directly: +49 9238 477 07 0 or info@adddix.de. Large orders can take longer – on request, we work with partial deliveries so you can get started early with the first parts.
As a rule of thumb: parts up to roughly the size of a fist can often be printed cost-effectively in five-digit quantities – with no tooling costs at all. Add to that the geometric freedom: assemblies that would need several molds in injection molding can often be combined into a single part with 3D printing – saving investment and assembly effort. Through our sister company for injection molding, we can prepare an honest cost comparison for you on request.
The price depends on part size, material and technology. For many technologies, you get an instant quote in our online portal: upload your part, choose technology and material, see the price. For all other technologies, we advise you personally and prepare a quote at short notice.
Yes – we have already produced more than 170,000 parts in all sizes; today we work with over 80 printing and post-processing machines. We tailor series production to your project, from a single production run to recurring production. For larger projects, contact us directly.
