Our story

Tradition meets innovation.

Our story begins long before adddix was founded. As a third-generation family business, we have been at home in plastics processing for decades, developing a deep understanding of materials, processes and industrial manufacturing along the way.

Early on, we were fascinated by the idea of making parts faster, more flexibly and more efficiently. That is why we began exploring the possibilities of 3D printing in depth as early as 2010 and, step by step, made additive manufacturing a core part of our business.

What began with first applications for our own needs grew into a vision: to rethink industrial manufacturing. Today, we combine traditional industrial experience with state-of-the-art additive technologies and support our customers as a reliable partner – from the first idea to series production.

Mission & Vision

The future of manufacturing starts here.

Our mission

We make additive series production fast, scalable and cost-effective – so that innovation can happen. With stable processes, consistent quality and high speed, we help industrial companies tap the full potential of additive manufacturing.

Our vision

As a pioneer of additive series production, we are shaping the future of industry – strong, down-to-earth and reliable. With a broad range of technologies, deep materials expertise and strong industrial DNA, we set the standard for functional plastic parts in series production.

Sustainability

With smart additive manufacturing, we combine innovation, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

We are rethinking 3D printing. We produce your parts efficiently, conserving resources and on demand. Unlike conventional manufacturing processes, additive manufacturing only places material where it is actually needed – which reduces waste and saves valuable raw materials.

100% energy efficiency

Through material-efficient processes, fewer production steps and lighter parts with optimized function.

Material cycle

Recycled filament, reusable powder, recompounded pellets: we choose materials that get a second life.

Just-in-time

Print instead of stock: we produce on demand, avoiding unsold inventory and unnecessary transport.

Made locally

Made in Germany, with short distances to customers and suppliers. That saves CO₂ – and ensures quality at every step.

Get in touch

With adddix express production, in some cases on the same day – for this, please contact us directly: +49 9238 477 07 0 or info@adddix.de. For more complex projects, production time cannot be estimated across the board.

Please note: our calculator only shows estimated lead times. These can vary depending on our order backlog and the complexity of the job. For specific information about your project, please contact us directly.

Get in touch

Yes, absolutely. Keeping our customers' data confidential is our top priority. We are happy to confirm this in writing and in a contract.

All the technologies we offer, and the machines that go with them, are located on site in Röslau, Bavaria. Your parts are therefore manufactured in-house – which makes us faster and more sustainable.

Of course! Contact us and we will arrange an appointment. We will be glad to explain our technologies and equipment to you in person – live, right at the machines.

Get in touch

No problem! That is a job for our design and engineering department. We will talk through your idea together and then send you a quote for its implementation.

If the drawing for an existing part is missing, we can reconstruct it using 3D scanning. In that case, feel free to contact us directly.

Get in touch

It is best to contact us directly. We will take a close look at your case and develop a tailored solution. We also have a large network of partners who support us when needed.

In principle, a wide variety of materials can be processed by 3D printing. The requirements of the part and the printing technology used determine which raw material is suitable.

On our online platform, we offer a wide range of polyamides, polymers, elastomers and engineering plastics with different Shore hardness, porosity, leak-tightness, mechanical strength, heat resistance or UV stability.

Do you have a particularly demanding project or need personal advice on 3D printing materials? We would be glad to help – just contact us directly.
