Privacy at a glance
General information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to our privacy policy set out below this text.
Data collection on this website
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. The operator’s contact details can be found in the section “Information about the controller” in this privacy policy.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter in a contact form.
Other data is collected by our IT systems automatically or after your consent when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g., web browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Your data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors and to process the inquiries you submit via our forms. For audience measurement, we use cookieless, self-hosted analytics (Matomo) with an anonymized IP address; we use Google Analytics only if you have given your prior consent. We also evaluate how inquiries reach us (e.g., via an ad or a search engine) in order to measure the success of our advertising (see section “Source of your inquiry”).
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification or erasure of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of data protection.
Analytics tools and third-party tools
When you visit this website, your browsing behavior may be statistically analyzed. Without your consent, cookieless, self-hosted analytics (Matomo) with an anonymized IP address runs, to which you can object at any time. In addition, our website evaluates the source of your visit in your browser, i.e., the way by which you reached our website. We receive this information only if you submit an inquiry via the contact form or the break-even calculator (see section “Source of your inquiry”). Only with your consent are the following added: Google Analytics 4, Leadinfo and the storage of the source of your visit in your browser (category “Statistics”), as well as the conversion tags of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (category “Marketing”). Independently of this, we match inquiries in hashed form with Google Ads (see section “Google Ads conversion measurement”). We do not create personalized advertising or advertising profiles.
External services (Google Maps, Google Analytics, Leadinfo, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) are loaded exclusively after your express consent. Details can be found in the sections “Google Maps” and “Web analytics and tracking” of this privacy policy.
Hosting
We host the content of our website with the following provider:
External hosting
This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host(s). This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access data and other data generated via a website.
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, DSGVO)) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) of the Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG), insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Our host(s) will process your data only to the extent necessary to fulfill its/their service obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.
We use the following host(s):
Hetzner Online GmbHIndustriestr. 25

Germany
Data processing on our behalf
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required under data protection law, which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data by which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Information about the controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
adddix GmbH & Co. KGThusstraße 32
95195 Röslau
Phone: +49 9238 477 07 0
Email: info@adddix.de
The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for erasure or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be erased unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g., retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, erasure will take place once these reasons cease to apply.
General information on the legal bases for data processing on this website
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or, if special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9(1) GDPR are processed, on the basis of Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. In the event of express consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your device (e.g., via device fingerprinting), the data processing is additionally carried out on the basis of § 25(1) TTDSG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. If your data is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR if it is required to fulfill a legal obligation. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information on the legal bases relevant in each individual case is provided in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.
Information, erasure and rectification
Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
- If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balancing of your interests against ours must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may – apart from its storage – only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a member state.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Data collection on this website
Cookies
This website largely does without cookies. Cookies for statistical purposes (Google Analytics) and for conversion measurement (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) are set only after you have given your consent; we do not set cookies for personalized advertising.
To store your privacy decision (consent), we use exclusively the local storage of your browser and not a cookie in the technical sense – see section “Consent management”. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to our server.
If you have consented to the “Statistics” category, we also store the
source of your visit in local storage (key
adddix-herkunft). This information is transmitted to us when you
submit an inquiry; it then also shows whether you had given your consent
– see section “Source of your inquiry”.
Third-party cookies can only be set if you have previously given your express consent – for example, when loading the map from Google Maps or when statistics (Google Analytics) are activated. Without your consent, no such cookies are set.
Insofar as such cookies are set on the basis of your consent, this is done pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG; consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You can also configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies, allow cookies only in individual cases or exclude them in general, and activate their automatic deletion when the browser is closed.
Consent management
This website uses its own, locally operated consent management tool to store your cookie or privacy decision. No third-party service is integrated for this purpose, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties.
Your selection (“Accept” or “Accept all”,
“Decline”, or your individual selection of the categories
“External content”, “Statistics” and “Marketing”
under “Customize”)
is stored exclusively locally in your browser in what is known as local storage
under the key adddix-consent. This information remains on
your device and is not transmitted to our server. If you submit an inquiry,
however, the source information sent along with it shows whether you have
consented to the “Statistics” category (see section “Source of
your inquiry”).
You can change your decision at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of the website, or by deleting the stored website data in your browser. On your next visit, you will then be asked for your consent again.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
Inquiries by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
The data you send to us via contact requests remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
Contact and application form
On our website, we offer you the option of contacting us via forms (contact, appointment and application forms as well as the inquiry in the break-even calculator). The data you enter – depending on your request, e.g., name, email address, telephone number, company, your message and, optionally, files you upload (e.g., CAD data, photos of parts or application documents) – is processed in order to handle your inquiry.
The form is transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). Your inquiry is stored on the server of our host (see section “Hosting”), forwarded to us by email and stored by us for the purpose of handling your request. To send this email, we use the automation service n8n (n8n GmbH, Berlin; processing on servers in the EU) and our email mailboxes at Microsoft 365 (Outlook). The provider of Microsoft 365 is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland; a transfer to the USA is possible, Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If this route fails, our web server sends the email directly. For inquiries via the contact form or the break-even calculator, the way in which you reached our website is also transmitted (see section “Source of your inquiry”); the application form on our careers page does not transmit this information.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the initiation or performance of a contract (e.g., inquiries about parts or materials, applications), and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data remains with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies; mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected. In the event of a rejection, application documents will be deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the application process, unless you have agreed to longer storage.
Source of your inquiry
We statistically evaluate the ways in which inquiries reach us – e.g., via an ad on Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising, via a search engine, an AI assistant or a link on another website. This allows us to identify which channels and advertising measures actually lead to inquiries and orders. For this purpose, our website evaluates the following information about the source of your visit in your browser on every page view (hereinafter “source information”):
-
a click ID from the address bar if you arrive via an ad
(
gclid, gbraidorwbraidfrom Google, msclkidfrom Microsoft; only the first ID found is adopted) -
campaign information from the address bar: campaign, source, medium and search term
(parameters
mtm_campaign/utm_campaign,mtm_source/utm_source,mtm_medium/utm_mediumandmtm_kwd/utm_term) - the name of the website you came from – only the host name (e.g., “google.de”), never the full address and never a search query; visits from our own website do not count
- the page of our website that was accessed (only the path, without parameters)
- date and time of the page view
- a classification of the channel derived from this (“Google Ads”, “Microsoft Ads”, “Ad”, “Campaign”, “Search engine”, “AI assistant”, “Social network”, “Referral” or “Direct”)
Only if you have consented to the “Statistics” category
via our consent banner do we store the source information in
your browser, namely in local storage under the
key adddix-herkunft; no cookie is set for this.
The information is recorded for two page views: for the
first page view with your consent (first contact; usually the page on which
you gave your consent), which is not overwritten afterwards, and for
your most recent page view with a source signal (click ID, campaign, source or
referring website). Visits before your consent are not recorded
retroactively. This way, the source is retained even if you reach our
form only later or via other pages. As long as you do not submit an
inquiry, this information remains on your device.
The legal basis for storage in your browser and for the
transmission of the information stored there with an inquiry is your
consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and
§ 25(1) TTDSG (now the Telecommunications Digital Services Data
Protection Act, TDDDG). There is no automatic expiry: the entry remains
until you withdraw your consent or delete the website data in your
browser. You can withdraw your consent
at any time with effect for the future via the
“Cookie settings” link in the footer; the
adddix-herkunft entry is deleted in the process. If you consent
again afterwards, recording starts with a new first contact. If we ask you
for your consent again (for example, after a material change), an existing
entry is neither read nor supplemented until you make your new decision,
but remains stored.
If you consent to “Statistics” again, it is continued;
if you make a decision without “Statistics”, it is deleted.
Without your consent, we do not store anything in your browser for this procedure. The source information of the current page view is then held only in your browser’s memory and expires as soon as you leave the page. With an inquiry, only information about the view of the page on which you submit the form is then transmitted: this page, the date and time of the page view, the channel classification and, if you entered exactly this page from outside, the click ID, campaign information and referring website. If you previously came from another page within our website, this information is missing; your inquiry then appears to us as “Direct”.
The source information is only transmitted to us if you submit an
inquiry – via our contact form or via
the break-even calculator. Your browser adds it to your inquiry in a
hidden form field (herkunft_auto). In the contact form,
you can additionally state on a voluntary basis how you became aware
of us. The application form on our careers page does not transmit
any source information. If, however, you apply via the contact form with
the subject “Careers”, it is transmitted along with your
application, stored with your application and listed in the email; we do not
create a database entry (see below) for this.
The attribution is based on your most recent page view with a source signal, or alternatively on the current page view; the first contact is recorded separately. We store your voluntary information as well as channel, source, medium, campaign, search term, click ID, referring website and entry page, in addition the channel, time and entry page of the first contact and the information whether the source was stored in your browser. This shows whether you had consented to the “Statistics” category. We do not store other information transmitted along with it, such as the date and time of the most recent page view or the click ID and campaign of the first contact.
- This information is stored together with your inquiry on the server of our host (see section “Hosting”).
- Part of it is included in the email by which your inquiry reaches us: your information, channel, campaign, search term, referring website, entry page and, if applicable, channel and date of the first contact, but not the click ID, source and medium. How this email is delivered is described in the section “Contact and application form”.
- For our internal evaluation, we additionally create an entry in a database at our host. It contains the reference number, date, time, subject and company of your inquiry, your voluntary information, channel, source, medium, campaign, search term, click ID, referring website and entry page, channel and time of the first contact, and the technical delivery route of the email. It does not contain your name, email address or telephone number; however, it remains attributable to your inquiry via the reference number. We do not create this entry for inquiries on the subject of careers. For internal evaluations, the entry may be processed using the AI service Claude of Anthropic PBC, San Francisco, USA; as with the AI chat assistant, the transfer to the USA is based on EU standard contractual clauses.
The source information serves only our own evaluation. Unlike conversion measurement (category “Marketing”), we do not pass it on to advertising or web analytics services, i.e., neither to Google Ads or Google Analytics nor to Microsoft Advertising, Leadinfo or Matomo. Independently of this, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Leadinfo receive the full address of the page accessed, including any campaign information and click IDs contained therein, if these services are loaded with your consent. Our cookieless Matomo analytics also evaluates campaign information from the address bar and the referring website without consent. Further details on these services can be found in the section “Web analytics and tracking”.
The legal basis for the evaluation of the current page view in your browser (even without consent), for the transmission of this information with your inquiry and for the storage and evaluation of the source information by us is our legitimate interest in identifying the channels through which inquiries arise and in aligning our advertising and marketing measures accordingly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The source information is not required to process your inquiry. You can object to this processing (see section “Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)”). A note in your inquiry or a message to us is sufficient for this (contact details in the section “Information about the controller”); we will then not evaluate the source information for your inquiry and will delete it.
We store the source information in the record of your inquiry and in the email for as long as your inquiry itself (see section “Contact and application form”). This also applies to the database entry.
Plugins and tools
Google Fonts (local hosting)
For the uniform display of fonts, this site uses the font family “Poppins” (Google Fonts). The fonts are embedded locally on our server. When the fonts are loaded, no connection to Google servers is established; no data (in particular no IP address) is transmitted to Google in the process.
Google Maps
On individual pages (Contact and About us), we embed map material from the Google Maps service to display our location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Maps is loaded only after your express consent – either via “Accept” in the consent banner or via the “Load map” button on the map placeholder. Only then is a connection to Google established and your IP address and, if applicable, further data transmitted to Google; this may involve a transfer to the USA. Without your consent, nothing is loaded from Google.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (“Cookie settings” in the footer). Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Web analytics and tracking
Matomo (self-hosted, without cookies)
For audience measurement, we use the open-source web analytics software Matomo. Matomo runs exclusively on our own server (at https://www.adddix.de/stats/); no data is transmitted to third parties.
We operate Matomo without cookies and without access to information on your device. Your IP address is shortened (anonymized) before processing so that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Data collected includes, for example, pages viewed, time spent on the site, approximate region of origin, browser and device type, and the referring website.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis and optimization of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Since no cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent pursuant to § 25 TTDSG is required.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to being counted at any time by deactivating the following switch. Your objection is stored locally in your browser and takes effect from the next page view.
Google Analytics 4
This website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics 4. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics is loaded only if you have previously consented to the “Statistics” category via our consent banner. Without your consent, no connection to Google is established, no data is transmitted and no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; any analytics cookies already set are removed in the process.
Google Analytics uses cookies (including “_ga”) that enable an analysis of your use of the website. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4 but are shortened or anonymized before processing. Advertising features (Google Signals) and personalized advertising are deactivated; advertising signals are permanently suppressed by technical means (Consent Mode). No usage profile is created for advertising purposes.
The data collected may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. The usage data stored in Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months.
Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Ads conversion measurement
We place ads on Google Ads. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To measure whether an ad has led to an inquiry, a call, a click into our order portal or a registration there, we use the Google Ads conversion tag (for the order portal, see the section “Order portal adddix-portal.de”).
The conversion tag sets cookies and reports conversions only if you have previously consented to the “Marketing” category via our consent banner. Google then sets a cookie (including “_gcl_aw”, lifetime 90 days) that recognizes an ad click. When you submit the contact form, your email address is transmitted in hashed form (SHA-256) (“enhanced conversions”) so that a subsequent inquiry can be attributed to the ad click. No personalized advertising or advertising profile is created; corresponding signals remain technically deactivated (Consent Mode).
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the link “Cookie settings” in the footer. The data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
In addition, we match inquiries from our contact form and the break-even calculator with Google Ads (conversion import): for inquiries from the last 60 days, we provide Google with the email address exclusively in hashed form (SHA-256) together with the time of the inquiry. Google uses this information only to determine whether an inquiry was preceded by a click on one of our ads. Applications and internal test inquiries are excluded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the success of our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time; a short message to us is sufficient, and we will then remove your inquiry from the matching.
Microsoft Advertising (UET)
We place ads on Microsoft Advertising (Bing). The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. To measure whether an ad has led to an inquiry, a call or a click into our order portal, we use Universal Event Tracking (UET) with the tag ID 187273588.
The tag is loaded only if you have previously consented
to the “Marketing” category via our consent banner.
Microsoft then sets first-party cookies
(_uetsid, _uetvid, and after an ad click also
_uetmsclkid) and reads the click ID
msclkid from the address bar if you arrived via an ad.
Unlike with Google, we transmit
no email addresses to Microsoft, not even in hashed form;
enhanced conversions are not activated. We do not use the session recording tool
Microsoft Clarity.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the link “Cookie settings” in the footer. The data may be transferred to Microsoft servers in the USA; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement.
Leadinfo
This website uses the Leadinfo service to identify company visits.
The provider is Leadinfo B.V., Rivium Quadrant 141, 2909 LC Capelle aan den
IJssel, Netherlands. Leadinfo matches the IP address of visitors with publicly
available company data and shows us which companies
have visited our website and which pages they have viewed. In doing so, Leadinfo
receives the full addresses of the pages viewed,
including any campaign information and click IDs from
Google or Microsoft (gclid, msclkid) contained therein, as well as the
referring website. The service
does not identify individuals. For this purpose, Leadinfo sets two first-party cookies
(_li_id, _li_ses).
It is used exclusively with your consent (category “Statistics” in our cookie settings) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. Without consent, Leadinfo is not loaded and no cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link “Cookie settings” in the footer; the Leadinfo cookies are deleted in the process. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Leadinfo; processing takes place within the EU.
Further information can be found in Leadinfo’s privacy policy: https://www.leadinfo.com/de/datenschutzerklarung/.
AI chat assistant (beta)
On our website, we offer an AI-powered chat assistant that answers general questions about our services. The assistant is clearly labeled as artificial intelligence. Processing takes place only if you actively open the chat and send messages; no cookies are set.
To generate the answers, your chat entries are transmitted to Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, San Francisco, USA) and processed there. According to the provider, API inputs are not used to train the AI models; the transfer to the USA is based on EU standard contractual clauses. We ourselves do not store any chat histories; the history is held only in your browser for the current session. To protect against misuse, a pseudonymized value of your IP address (hash) is briefly processed for rate limiting.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (answering your inquiry in response to your active use). Please do not enter any personal or confidential data in the chat. For binding information, please use our contact form.
Order portal adddix-portal.de
Our order portal at www.adddix-portal.de is operated by 3YOURMIND GmbH, Berlin, as a technical service provider on our behalf. If you create an account there, we process your information (name, email address, company) for the initiation and handling of your orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The portal has no consent notice of its own. Your selection from
the cookie settings of this website applies: links from here to the portal pass it on in the
parameter adddix_consent, and the portal remembers it for
the current browser session (session storage). With the category
“Statistics”, we use Google Analytics 4 in the portal, with
“Marketing” the Google Ads conversion measurement, each as described
above. This allows us to identify whether a registration can be traced back to a click on one
of our ads. If you access the portal without such
consent, for example directly via a bookmark, these services are not loaded
there.
With consent to “Marketing”, links to the portal also
pass on the click ID of your ad click (gclid, gbraid,
wbraid or msclkid) and campaign information in the address.
With consent to “Statistics”, Google Analytics appends an
identifier (parameter
_gl) to links between this website and the portal so that both visits are recognized as connected.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of this website; the next switch to the portal adopts the new selection. In the portal itself, you can end the measurement via the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom left, which only appears there when measurement is active.
No other tracking or advertising services
Beyond the cookieless Matomo analytics and the services Google Analytics, Leadinfo, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (conversion tags), which are used only with your consent, we do not use any other analytics, tracking, retargeting or advertising services. The only additions are our own attribution of inquiries described in the section “Source of your inquiry” and the conversion import at Google Ads described above. The AI chat assistant described above serves exclusively to answer your questions and not for tracking.
